I’d give this more than 5 ⭐️ if I could! Speechless!

Back to his roots. Jake is back.

Would have been better... Had he not included a duet with the stunningly awful Kid Rock

Big Improvement Wouldn't say this is a traditional country album, but its miles ahead of Jake’s most recent albums. Reminds me more of his earlier stuff than the past few years. Refreshing to hear some new music that actually has some musical elements that I think qualify it as country more so than bad pop. Theres just something about the subtle steel guitar that speaks to actual country fans. I was actually at a concert Jake headlined a few years back in Buffalo NY. Montgomery Gentry opened for him and after Jakes first few songs at least half the stadium left because it was such a let down- only concert Ive ever seen that happen. Probably wouldn't have if he played this.
